Prime Minister Ehud Olmert this morning visited the Migdal-Tefen Industrial Local Council in the Galilee and the Babcom Centers, Ltd. Service center. He was briefed on the establishment of the center, the goal of which is to provide employment for the Jewish and Arab sectors in the Galilee and foster co-existence among the residents of the area.
Prime Minister Olmert also visited the Iscar Corporation's Tzur Lavon Training Institute, where young people acquire a high school education with an emphasis on technology, and praised the potential of northern Israel in general and the Galilee in particular.
Prime Minister Olmert was accompanied by Migdal-Tefen Industrial Local Council Chairman Yaron Kimchi, Prime Minister's Office Director-General Ra'anan Dinur, Steff Wertheimer, Dov Lautman and other leading industrialists.
