Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert today, held consultations ahead of the swearing-in of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) tomorrow.  The security and diplomatic and security establishments gave assessments and made recommendations. 

Acting Prime Minister Olmert decided that the issue would be submitted to the Cabinet on Sunday, 19.2.06, after the PLC is sworn in; the Acting Prime Minister will submit a series of decisions to the Cabinet for approval.
