The first version of the Government planning guide was issued today after having been formulated over the past four months by an interministerial team led by the Prime Minister’s Office.  On the basis of the guide, ministries will begin formulating their 2008 working plans.  These will be presented next month at the first annual ministry director-generals’ conference.  They will also be presented to the public for the first time via a special website.
